    Change Oil light coming on....just had EXP serviced..

    After buying this car used several weeks ago, I had the oil, lub, filter, transmisson serviced but not by the dealer. This was about 300 miles ago. Does the computer have to be reset after this kind of service? What am I dealing with here? A bigger problem? Thanks, Wade

    Wife says stereo seems very warm to the touch after playing a CD

    12-25: Can't close the liftgate window on '02 Expl. XLT

    I just bought this SUV yesterday (40,000 miles) and promptly found out that you can't close the liftgate window. However, the liftgate DOES close. The window does not. Am I looking at an expensive repair or is this something that would be covered under warranty? This is too bad because...
