    Heater fan won't turn off

    It would appear that the "Off" position on my environmentals dial doesn't work. I can progress through all 4 levels of speed, but when I turn the vent position dial to OFF, the fan stays running. I can even cycle through the different speeds and it changes. If I leave it in the off position...

    02 Explorer - Heater fan still trickles out air after off

    I tried searching the forum for this but didn't find anything quite like the issue I'm having. Sorry if this has already been covered. I've got a 2002 Ford Explorer that I bought recently and the heat seems to work fine except when I turn the vent dial to off the heater doesn't turn...
