    94 Explorer not shifting right

    I have a 94 Explorer that wasn't shifting right from 3-2. Read that the vacuum modulator was probably bad. When I pulled the vacuum hose off, fluid drained out indicating it was bad. So, I changed it. The new one is an adjustable one. Now, no matter how much either direction I try to adjust it...
