    Rear quarter panel

    New member here! I bought this 2000 Explorer Sport from my little brother, who hydroplaned and went into a ditch. This is the only evidence of the experience. I need suggestions on how to get this fixed! It won’t allow my truck to properly close and lock. Any help and advice would be appreciated!
