96 explorer, MAX AC switches to Defrost under any accelleration
96 explorer, MAX AC switches to Defrost under any accelleration...??? If I leave the AC on NORM, then it blows out the dash as it should...switch it to MAX, then under any accelleration, it blows out like the defrost setting is selected...????- fooey

MAX AC not blowing cold at idle and....
AC not blowing cold at idle and....when giving it gas, say when moving from one red light to another, if on MAX AC, it seems as if the WOT mechanism to cutout the compressor is activating when there is no WO to the T.... I can't recall, but on the AC control panel, are they still controlled...- fooey
