My '98 4L SOHC has a rough idle. It feels like it is mis-firing.
The Check Engine light does not come on.
My ODBII give no error codes.
I've changed the sparkplug and wire but no change to the idle.
Any ideas what can cause poor idle without lighting up the check engine light?

I have a 98 Explorer. I am not sure if the rear seat belts are working OK. The drivers belt lock automatically when the belt is jerked. The rear belt just free wheel when jerked. The ratched works OK when the belts are pulled out fully.
Are my belts working correctly? Is there a smart inertia...
