    [NEWB] Am I missing something?

    Hi all, I'm a new exlorer owner as of today. Is there a piece missing from my console, or is there just hole there for no apparent reason? Also, where can I buy weatherstrip for the doors, aside from Ford? I have a small leak that I want to take care of before it gets out of hand.
