I am trying to get my 84 Ranger back on the road. It has 2.8, 2wd and a 5 speed. I have a running (but wrecked) 1988 BII, 2.9, 2wd, and an automatic trans. (code "t") I want the motor and trans in the ranger but I don't want the dummy transfer case. My guess is that I will need a new tail...
