It may be your back cam tensioner is/was the one that's rattling....I think if it does it all the time at idle and all threw the rpms it should be replaced IMO....but I think if it is just when it's cold or at 2500-3000 it will run along time IMO

I had some 37/13.50/17 Toyo MT's on my F150 and I would have to say they are the best tires I've ever had....period. They are quiet on the road and are beasts off road!! I currently have 33" BFG MT's on my Ranger and they are good to.....I still like Toyo better.

Well there are alot more that don't fail ratio wise,and mine had 130,000 on the stock parts and they were in good shape....all I'm saying is don't wig out and contact congress cause you have the rattle....at the end of the day it's up to the person if they can put up with it.

I do the synthetic/motorcraft filter and change every 10-12,000 and change the filter in between....I'm going to look into the Amsoil thing for sure tho....that will be sweet to only change every 25,000.

The blend air is a pretty common problem......Yes the actuator runs the blend air door. I also had one heater core clogged on the inlet engine side that caused the same thing to happen...have you flushed it out lately?

Blend air door or blocked heater core would be my guess.....
