    My transmission fluid is very dark.

    :exp: My Explorer '95 has 86000 miles on it. It runs great however, the transmission fluid has become slightly darker and has a hint of burnt smell. When I switch to parking gear on a slope, the vehicle moves a few inches (one or two). Some people say just keep driving until transmission ceases...

    :exporange:exp: hello friends. I am glad to join you all; Could you please give me advice. Explorer '95; 86000 miles on it. Vehicle moves a few inches if the parking spot has a slope and if brakes are not held. Transmission fluid a bit darker. No problem in transmission detected so far...
