MR Shorty The 41 usually shows up after i've been driving for a while in 5th gear for longer than 20 minutes after I stop at a light or something. As far as the KOER test goes, after I do the KOEO test nothing happens. I can't even get the scanner to ID the engine (3 blinks). According to...

CODE 41, after replacing O2 sensor

Thanks Rhett. Ant idea why the 41 code will still be showing after replacing the O2 sensor and clearing the codes once. I wonder if plugs or wires would throw that code up, or would give the sensor a wrong reading?

CODE 41, after replacing O2 sensor

Yes, I dis-connected the battery. I have a Chilton and a Haynes manual. All it says is there's one in the "Y" of the exhaust.

CODE 41, after replacing O2 sensor

Had a code 41, replaced the O2 sensor (the one in the "Y") cleared the codes. Ran good for about 20 minutes then CEL came on again with a 41 again. Why would this happen? A few people have said there's two O2 sensors on this thing but I can only find one. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

    Starter Problem

Lonestar: When I was diagnosing a power drain problem w/ my starter, I was doing the good ol' process of elimination replacing all the ignition components.
