    1996 ford explorer limited / blower motor not working

    hello, last night i was driving with a/c on and i noticed i was getting a weak flow of air from my vents , now today i have no blower functions a/c heat , defrosters etc. did my blower motor die? and if so, is it a hard job to change it out? i would appreciate any help... thanks tony c.
