Yet again you are proving my point that none of those instances reflect on the "Jet Hot Coating" that needs to be applied to protect the headers. If you coat the headers you will not have those issues.

This isn't about getting the last word Turdle. Its about whether or not that a coating, Jet Hot Coating, an American process of protecting these metals can hold up and protect them. You keep glossing over these facts.

Of course there is a difference between the TMH headers and the OBX headers. TMH headers are JET HOT coated, where as the OBX are not. That is why you save money on the OBX as well. If you JET HOT coat the OBX headers, they are the SAME!!!!

I have also found another product that might be beneficial as well. It is an internal exhaust coating from Eastwood. http://www.jegs.com/i/Eastwood/352/13795Z/10002/-1 Depending on whether jet-hot coats the internals or even going the DIY route, you could add this to help with the headers heat.
