OK, so as the title says, my rear wiper seized up. I was driving to work, clicked it on, and it slowly creeped halway up and stopped just past halfway through the sweep. Seized solid. My dad's expedition did this, and there is a TSB for it, but I can't find one for mine. Anyone had this issue...

I just replaced this myself last friday. Same location even! If you would liek me to give you a step by step let me know. It'll take a couple hours. Dealer will charge 2-300$ if you have them do it.
