Your correct, you should tune after any intake/exhaust mods. UDP and electric fan dont require tuning.

Hard to comment on actual fuel economy for me as i wasnt tracking fuel mileage until recently. Currently 15.27 mpg city 17.9 mpg h/w Fan and fan controller still working perfectly.

no, i never dyno'd, for me it was more about efficiency. my current mpg avgs are City- 15.27 Highway- 17.96

I dont have any issues with them but I never did the alternator pulley. I was more nervous about a fan controller failing than the UDPs. I got a flexalite 33054 controller, still going strong after several years.

K&N have a specific item for our vehicles. 57-2564 For exhaust, I'd get the Flowmaster Super 50, or if you want loud, Super 44. Depends how much resonance drone your prepared to accept. Also get some JBA headers. You'll need to tune for these, so SCT definitely the way to go. Check these guys...
