    in alaska (where the **** is expensive) i bought the same EXACT truck.. my was rental and had 22k miles on it, paid 14400 for it. third row seating, rear air, yada yada. i now have 51k on it (in under a year) its made two trips down the alcan from anchorage ak to dallas texas and back!!! twice...

    if i were to pick up a set of 2nd gen rims, whould they fit my 05? and would they be offset enough to run 275's with a BTF spacer lift?

    yea stsmoker is right on the money. to get what you need tire wise, you would have to do both as well as get some off set rims to run the 285's. w/o rubbing

    i have the class 2 reciever for my hitch, thanks for all your help, ive decided to run 265/75 with the spacer lift. spoke with BTF earliar this week. will be ordering them soon.

    will the BTF clear the 275's? and is it easier to install over the body lift? im eventually doing both but with a new baby and the military not paying a whole lot i want one rght now that will allow me to clear 275's . thanks from one firefighter to another

    i want to do a lift on my truck is it easier to do the body lift or the BTF spacer lift? also with the body lift will i be able to fit 275/75r16 (stock rims) with out hittin the upper A arms? or would i need wheel spacers? i really like the look of jutgin's old ride, ***** sick bro

    Shaking rear end

    on my lifted 77 k5 blazer, (8 inches, 37" tires) i had the same problem, but what was going out on mine was the ujoint in the rear driveshaft where it mounts to the rear pumpkin. i know the differance between the two trucks are alot, but i had the same exact problem.... i hope it helps..

    here is my 05 X, my wife said i could get the Body lift in 2 weeks then spacers the next pay day so she will soon be lifted!!!
