    How do i check third brake light?

    i know how to get to the ballast now, thanks to the forum, but how can you tell if it is the light that isn't working or if it is the ballast? i have a multimeter to check voltage out of the ballast but i do not want to attach it because i want to know how much power is supposed to be coming out...

    4wd low problem on 96 control trac

    hey everyone, im new to the forum but i have used it before to do research before i do repairs on my x. im having a problem with my 4wd low. when i turn the switch on the interior it will go from 2wd to 4wd auto no problem but when i turn it after 4wd auto is engaged the light will stay the same...
