Another good place for factory paint is www.touchuppaintonline.com. I re-painted my hood about a year ago (which was really abused by rock chips) with paint from there and it looks great afterwards.
That's a pretty big project! I have painted a new front bumper before using paint from http://www.touchuppaintonline.com and it came out great too. But man, a whole hood and a bumper, that is some serious DIY project! Looks really good.
