Peter - Thanks for link. This particular click is inside and from the steering wheel. When turned to a certain degree it makes a click or pop noise. Nothing crazy. Biggest issue for me is sync and armrest falling apart.

I just got a 2011 XLT over the weekend and the dealer said they would install a class 3 hitch where the normal trailer hitch package from Ford would go. Come to find out if you do not order the hitch package that piece on the bumper does not slide off. I do not like the look of an aftermarket...
