    pretty cool for the price just clean up the welds some with a grinder and weld it again to fix the weak spots and i see no problem. as far people saying its not safe there idiots ive seen worse stuff on new cars.

    yah its a good thing to have around the house also ive used mine to find misfires bent vavles and intake/exhaust leaks also there just great to have. but i use em on fuel pumps alot since ive come across fuel pumps that work but are so silent you cant hear em with your ear.

    Anyone every rebuilt their rear differential?

    There is no telling how long it will last could blow up 1 mile down the road or 50k never know. but i wouldnt rebuild your old one id just go to a junkyard and get a newer year rearend since they come limited slip and with disc brakes.

    sounds like its the fuel pump if you can start it and have someone put a stethescope up to the gas tank and see if the noise gets louder. That's the only thing i can think of in the rear of the vehicle that could cause that besides your rearend.

    Np for the info and thanks for links as soon as i get my clutch bled later today im gonna pull the orphus tube and see what it looks like.

    the capacity for a 91-94 explorer is 36 oz. Also anyone know what the possibility of the orphus tube being gummed up and causing a massive build up of pressure on the low side is?
