Same for me. Tie rods, upper ball joint from knuckle, and end links have to be disconnected.

I just recently went with 2 inch spacer lift and 265/70r17. No rubbing on joints and looks great!

My 06 also has a green service port attached to the purge valve

I just used the hose that comes off of the purge valve. One goes to the back through the canister, and the other hose goes through that purge valve and to the intake manifold

I just got a refurbed VIN programmed PCM from eBay for $180 for my V6

Not sure about the all in one, but I've bought fobs on amazon and programmed them myself. To get more keys, you'll have to have a tech or locksmith program them to your ecu to sync the chip to the PATS (passive anti-theft system).

Yep, it works pretty good. The issue trying to do it yourself is not having control of the valves. You can send smoke back through the system, but can't close the canister valve.

Got it in May of last year for $28. It's $36 right now on amazon

I think that only relying on one source for research is not good practice anyway. Between this site, youtube, rockauto, and amazon, I've fixed most problems in my ex. YouTube is great to see how to approach a problem, but I normally don't take any one person's instruction as the only way to go
