Just called U-Haul and apparently the Ford Explorer ban has been lifted for 2011 and newer model years. You can now rent a trailer for your Explorer if you needed to.

So I got this update dealer installed about a week ago. New issue just started today where I can make phone calls with MFT but I can't hear anything... I have to pick up m cell and use it to talk and hear. Tried re-pairing phone, Master Reset and complete phone reset but still no joy.

Mine kept doing th maintenance thingy and going black for a couple of months before the MFT completely died. It's at the dealer now waiting on a new APIM module, apparently dealer has replaced a few and had none left :( I'm afraid that the hardware is turning out to be as bad as the software is.
