How many tires did you have put on? Just went through the same thing. If all four tires are not the same size the 4wheel all wheel drive cannot compensate for the difference.

Thanks for the info. Has anyone actually changed the front and rear tensioners on the 2002-2005 engines and had success illiminating chain rattle at start up?
