Well the rough idliling showed up again today after sitting over night. Anyone have an idea whats going on I assume the rough idle after sitting and missing/jerking under load is related to each other.

I'm not losing water. I tried it today. On a cold start it jumps up around 2000 smoothly. When it drops down to idle its running rough for about 15 seconds. Then smooth the rest of the day.
