    Advice - 99 5.0 AWD or 00 4.0sohc 4wd???

    Hi Pheadrus, I would definatley go for the 2000 4.0 SOHC. I am the proud owner of a 98 xlt with the SOHC, and wow what a great engine. Although the V8 is also nice, you really don't get much more with it, only 10 more horsepower, and much worse fuel economy (especially with the AWD package)...

    Ok, i know his is a very common problem especially in models 98-01 but my radio display has gone bad and i really want to fix it and if i need a replacment then thats okay too. Any help appreciated.

    Hello everyone i am a new owner of a 98 xlt explorer i am experiencing difficulty with the rear wiper, it makes a clicking sound when i turn it on but it dosent budge at all. Any help appreciated
