Solved Replaced worn out fuel pump, still wont start

350k on a 01. Original fuel tank? That's why your filter and pump keeps getting clogged/messed up. Plus 50k on last time fuel filter was replaced?. Change your fuel filter then see. But I bet your tank has to be replaced also.

Solved Replaced worn out fuel pump, still wont start

Fuel filter clogged I bet. You should have around 65psi for fuel pressure and if your fuel pump has just been replaced it has to be clogged fuel filter. I would start from there. You can still get gas pas a clogged filter just as not as much as should be

Go for the ohv engine and sport. Also this auto tranny is the best tranny I ever drove. 150k and no problems and I beat the **** out...

Run a scan to see what codes it pops up? My cel light flashed at higher rpms because of a clogged fuel injector. When it flashes it is something terribly wrong

P0171 + P0174 Code popped up but no RPM DROPS

Yes the black things is the plenum or some people call it upper intake/manifold. Below that is another variable of words people call it that sits on your block, intake manifold, lower intake/manifold and so on. Like guy above me said about throttle body gaskets. It could be plenum orings...

99 Sport long crank eventual start

Yeah that could be a few different things. Fuel test is 1. Check your spark plugs. Losing any antifreeze? Could be head gasket leaking and coolant in cylinders for hard start after sitting a while. IAC could be a problem but check other things 1st. Running or starting better after being warmed...

    Replace injectors on 4.0 OHV

I don't see how you could pry against the gasket surface of the injector or intake manifold. Its on top of manifold and plastic bulk that's square and sticks out above injector gasket surface of oring
  22. J

    Replace injectors on 4.0 OHV

FLat head screw driver and pry them out being easy on plastic on injector. Wiggle and pry and different spot. Then kneel or stand on/in engine bay and pull up with both hands and wiggle. That's how I got mine out twice
