    Heater clicking noises

    Hi all,Have a 2004 X with a interesting problem.When I turn the heat thermostat inside the truck to the hottest setting there is a loud clicking from what sounds like behind the dash.If I back the temp off slightly it goes away.Any ideas?It just started out of no where.
