    Solved. I bypassed the defective fuel pump relay to run.

    Just bought this 2013 piu Satureday and trying to get it to run. It'll crank over but not start. Can't hear the fuel pump kick on when key is turned. If I bypass the fuel relay it runs great. Does this have the Key chip like the older explorers or something else that would keep it from...
