UPDATE : I found the "secret" of headrest removal. For anyone who wants to know..... On the plastic base (where the posts go into) there is a small hole on the one without the adjustment button. Put a paperclip into this hole and pull UP. Yes, that simple.....I feel like a schmuck! :-)
