    She's HOT

You're right....I should have gone under the truck instead of trying to interpret my CD service manual diagrams. I crossed a line with another. OOps. Guess I added to the misinformation. :p

    She's HOT

Arnie - theres a bit of misinformation here....the diagram has nothing to do with AC and you should already have a external tranny cooler. Search for tranny cooler on this site and you will find that in our 1997 the driver's side radiator is a stage 1 tranny cooler and then there is an external...

    adding weight

what they said. 240 lbs of "tube sand", locker, 35" TrXus MT's and 10-15 psi. Low is not always better in snow. Stay in high and use momentum = less leadfoot breakaway syndrome.

tranny cooler I think. Driver side on 97 top line is in from tranny, bottom line is out to the tranny cooler I think. I may have those backwards - can't remember.

oil filter clearance on engine mount with Superlift

Ok - you can move this outta 911. Its now a motor mount issue. I got a filter back on by prying the motor mount up off the filter and screwing the thing on for now. 1/8 clearance except when starting, it rocks the engine in the mounts and makes contact...have to fix soon I think.... I'm...

Transfer Case Gone Bad By Nothing?

Inspect the front of the ujoint section too...should match with a rough spot if its hitting. Also - your Tcase angle looks fine to me.

oil filter clearance on engine mount with Superlift

yes - and that will take care of my 911, but I think it is indicative of a bigger issue with the frame..... Thanks....I'll end up doing that too...

oil filter clearance on engine mount with Superlift

The more I think about this, the superlift wouldn't change the relationship of the oil filter and the engine mount. I'm thinking this is a larger issue...bent frame or motor mount. I'll search for info on that.... In the meantime, I have a better question. Is there another smaller diameter...

oil filter clearance on engine mount with Superlift

I am in the middle of a nightmare oil change. First one after the superlift kit went in and I can't get the oil filter out. The D@#$ thing is dented in where the engine mount has been riding against it hard. I finally did get it out by hacksawing the filter apart to get it off the threads...
