Is there anyway to spray something on the windows to help them go down easier?on my dads 97 limited the windows are slow rolling down until about half way then they pick up, they go up fine. Also when its raining the work perfectly. thanks.

well it wasn't the differential making the noise so we were left with transfer case or the cv joint on the front driveshaft, so we replace the cv joint on the shaft and haven't had a problem since, so if this helps anyone in the future, a new cv joint is a lot cheaper than a junkyard or rebuilt...

yea the funny thing about the check engine light only comes on when like now when it gets down in the 30s-40s early in the morning, when i drove the truck this weekend during the day between 50-65 degrees i still had some rough idle, but no engine light.

we tried that on my dads 97 limited V8 5.0, the SOHC V6's 4.0 radiators are a different size and don't fit.

now after driving home from shop after a severly clicking rubbing noise and vibration in wheel, it has stopped making that noise and it making a faint brake whining, squeeking sound constaintly.

ok will check, the sound is hard to describe, I guess its more like a card in a bicycle wheel, but its metal on metal.

no play in wheel when on the test, the wheel bearing was replaced when the new wheel hub was put on and that was less than 6 months ago.
