    Power Windows, Wipers, Dome lights not working

    Hello, I have a 99 Explorer Eddie Bauer with 5.0 engine. Power windows, wipers, rear wiper and dome lights not working when running, but if I shut off motor and turn key on they will sometimes work. The front wipers will sometimes work while engine running and then just stop. Everything working...
