Smallest Rim Size for Explorer
Wheel and mud tires size Hello everbody, Looking to put smaller wheels and aggressive tires on a 2016 sport. Not looking to add, lift, spacers, etc. Can someone point me in the right direction of a rim / tire size while keeping everything else stock? Thanks in advance.- 97towncar

Hi Folks, 2016 sport. My airbag light came on the other day while driving. It does not blink or anything, just stays illuminated after the car is turned on. Any ideas? Im bringing it to the dealer next week. Thanks- 97towncar

Signature LED Lights
I have tried everything and can not get the Signature LEDs to shut off while the ignition is on. Bought the car in the US. Not sure if the Canadian ones are setup different since I'm pretty sure DRL are required in Canada.- 97towncar

Jason, Not sure if I am misunderstanding your latest comment but I'm NOT referring to the switch/knob to the left of the steering wheel. I am referring to part #13C788 LCM for a 2016 explorer. Usually they are under the dash. please see link below. (let me know if the parts website is...- 97towncar

Hello, Does any body know if there is a difference between the LCM for a 2016 explorer interceptor and a sport? Ive called several dealers and they need the VINs for both vehicles to look up the part One helpful dealer said something about level 4 and level 5 head lights. If they are...- 97towncar

Does anybody have the schematics for the headlights, wiring harness, LCM light switch etc. I also noticed that when the parking lights are turned on the "signature LED lights" dim. Just an observation not sure if it will help me down the line. Thanks again.- 97towncar

Well you certainly don't know how to shut them off. I just wanted to ask one of the outfitters what they thought since the dealer was no help at all. The dealer also said Ford does not outfit any of the interceptors and it is done by another company who may have the info getting those lights...- 97towncar

Those boxes very much have to do with lighting control. As well as a bunch of other options. http://www.intermotive.net/LGS/blackoutmodepolice.pdf. Their "normal" amber lights only come on when they are turned on. Ive seen dozens of police and fire explorers with no lights on, amber or the halo.- 97towncar

Thanks I guess ill have to look into getting the dark car option the interceptors have. Their Halo parking lights are not always on. Anybody know an emergency vehicle outfitter in southern new england?- 97towncar

Yes it is the partial LED rind around the headlights. (The parking lights) They are always on and wont shutoff when the ignition is on. Do you know how to shut them off?- 97towncar
