Recently I added some injector cleaner to my 98 XLT, 125k. It ran better immediatly. The manufactorer (Lucas) says to use with every oil change. Ok. But what can happen if this product is used more? Say twice monthly or with every tank fill up? I'm sure Mr. Lucas wouldn't mind. Just...

Every morning, and just in the morning there is pulley squeal at start up. By the time it's out of the driveway it is gone. I think it is belt/pulley related, but don't know for a fact. How do I check, or how do I tighten the belt? 125k Thanks.

I put a sheet of white cardboard down in the garage and it lets go a few drogs during the duration in the garage. About two to three hours. By the positioning of the cardboard I know that it seems to coming from the front part of the transmission, almost around the the oilpan area. Oil level...

Have noticed a recent gathering of pink liquid in the garage under the 98 XLT, 6, 2wd. 125k. Checked w/warm engine temp. and while ideling. Fluid came up to the first hole and a tad farther. What is the procedure for troubleshooting this leak? Thanks. -G.

Moonroof rattles around in it's housing when open and I'm on the freeway. Moving it up an inch stops it. Just starting to get a rubbing sound from somewhere in the steering column, while turning. Doesn't happen all the time though. 98X original owner 117+k

My 6 cyl., 2wd. Explorer leaks freon. My local tech could not find the leak, suggested the dealer. Has anybody gone through this? My guy fills it back up and everything is fine but within a few weeks, warm air. Thanks. :exp:
