does anyone know where to get a set of perfomance spark plug leads from i found a place that does a set for the 4.0l ohv are these the same as the 4.0l sohc.also which spark plugs are best. :confused:

hi i eventualy solved my problem it was a sticking thermostat i changed it and all is ok

right then the ex is still idleing at 1000rpm in gear and 1400rpm in park i've cleaned the IAC and MAF plus changed air filter if i unplug the IAC the engine stalls if i unplug the MAF nothing happens when i plug it back in the revs fall slightly then rise again.Also i noticed when i was taking...

cheers Howard i have cleaned IAC & MAF also replaced air filter with K&N kit but it's still idleing high i've also noticed that as i'm braking and coming to a stop it seem's to jump down a gear and the rev's stay at 1400RPM any other idea's as to what it could be. cheers paul

i just noticed that my ex has started to idle at about 1000rpm when in drive and about 1400rpm in neutral or park is there any common probs that would cause this
