    I believe that the message is triggered from an "overtemperature" condition. Part of my research on the Ford Parts site showed that, just like some PTUs appear to have drain plugs while others do not, some PTUs also have an integrated temperature sensor (again, it's the Ecoboost models)...

    Thanks for this write-up guys, the video is really helpful. Quick question that I haven't been able to answer anywhere else: There is a lot of conflicting information about whether PTUs do/don't have drain plugs or when Ford started adding them. Near as I can tell, it looks like the 3.5L EBs...
