Yes I have a phone book downloaded. But I already deleted the phone and re-connected. And it's not just the phone, the touch screen is not responsive either. It takes forever to change a radio station, and voice commands for anything are delayed to the point of being useless.

My 2018 XLT with Sport Appearance Package also has the 20” Hankooks on it. Pretty disappointing to read this thread as Ford obviously knows the poor performance history of these tires. Fortunately mine is a company car so it won’t cost me, but Ford should remedy this.
