    New shocks. What to get?

I need to change the shocks on my Sport Trac XLT 4wd 2003, and I don’t know what to get. I would prefer a little firmer ride so it feels nicer att speed. Although I can’t say that I know how they feel when new since it was 10 years old when I got it and it might be the original shocks still on...

Code 52, where is the airbag computer?

Found it. Remove the center console and it's right below the stereo. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have the airbag diagnostic port I was hoping for. Anyone know where it is?

Code 52, where is the airbag computer?

As I said in the first post, to clear the code I need to short two prongs on the airbag computer. That's why I would like to know where it is before taking the whole interior out to find it. If that doesn't work I will try to find a better code reader.

Code 52, where is the airbag computer?

I get a code 52 on the airbag light. From what I have read i need to short two prongs on the airbag computer to clear it. Where is it located? I looked behind the right kick panel already and I thought I should ask before I take everything apart. 2003 xlt 4wd

Can I hose down the floor in the cabin?

Yeah, I had a look and figured out that it would be an insanely bad Idea. So I went with your Idea.

Can I hose down the floor in the cabin?

Someone told me I can just use the water hose when I clean the floor in the cabin and it will drain from some plug. Is this true? Would be stoked if that is possible. After a few visits at the MX-track it's in need of cleaning.

    Parking brake stays on?

2003, xlt 4wd. I think my parking brake might not release properly. The light on the dash stays on after i release the brake. It started a few days ago when it was parked with the brake on hand it was snowing, melted and then froze again during the night. It stayed on for a short while when I...

I need to see the road. What bulbs?

Been using the Philips X-treme visions for a while now and it's an improvement for sure. It's not like night and day difference but good enough. Polished the left headlight the other day to see if it made a difference but not that I can see. But I'll do the other one as well since it looks...

Oil change with different oil ok?

I'm going to do an oil change in my -03 xlt and I can't find the specified, wss-m2c205-a, oil in Sweden where I live. Is it ok to use another oil as long as it's 5w-30?

I need to see the road. What bulbs?

The lenses are not perfect, but not bad either. I ordered some Philips X-treme vision last night so I'm waiting for those, but I might order some Silverstars as well and compare. Extra bulbs is always good to have anyway. And I will try to polish the lenses and see if it gets better as well. In...

I need to see the road. What bulbs?

Just started using my 03 xlt again after driving a brand new car for a while and I realised that the head lights are really bad. There are some old standard bulbs in it now. What should I get? Philips? There doesn't seem to be that many of the better bulbs available for 9007/hb5. Or can I...
