Crazy thought, but check the air pressure in your tires, if your tires were just balanced the shop may have adjusted the air pressure to whatever spec they thought was correct, if the tires are over inflated you will have a rough ride.

Well thanks to all for their input. I am enjoying my car. Everything is working great. Miss driving my 92 but I can't have two cars at my appartment, so my dad gets the privelege of driving the Ex.

Update on my 92 now that I won't be putting many miles on it, its at my folks house until further notice. I've put a few miles on her since I last posted to this thread. She now has 186,000 miles Put about a dozen wheel bearings in it, hopefully that is fixed. New I beam on passenger...

No, add a leaves are just what the name says, you add a leaf to your existing spring pack. They put a new leaf in under the main leaf. You have to loosen up the u-bolts and separate the spring pack to put them on.

Check your battery connections, and Alternator wires. Make sure they are tight. You may have bumped one of them and loosened it.

I meant to reply and let you know what we found. Driver Side bearings were fine. Passenger side inner bearing was fine, just cleaned and repacked, passenger side outer bearing was damaged and the race for that bearing was toast! Looks like water had been in there for a while rusted the race...

Anyone know much about Intrepids? I'm looking at a 98 ES. 3.2 V-6 Auto Stick, power everything. Really nice car. I need something else to drive, I'm keeping my Explorer but the upkeep and gas milage of my 92 with 185,000mi is getting pretty expensive when I'm on the road so much.

No you don't have to lift the front. I didn't. If you don't your truck will sit higher in the back. It gives my 92 a little more aggressive look. They are easy to install and do work very good, but they do give it a bit rougher ride.

I get compliments on my Ex all the time and all I have is add-a-leaves in the rear and 235 BFG A/T ko's. People ask me all the time if it is good off road. I think it is because you can actually see my rear axle :D

Some of the times have been because of p!$s poor mechanics just being lazy, I don't go to them anymore! Yes more than once I caught them putting the hubs back on without the o-ring. And other times they didn't tighten the hub nuts right. But still 90% of the driving I've done in the last year...
