I had the same problem oveheated cabin issue -- they had to figure it out was able to repair it. I can keep it at 68 or 69 and stay comfortable.

So your car had a build date in the range, but had the correct covering? Mine is just outside the build range. Is the pic taken from the underside of the car?

Got status today that my Aviator has SHIPPED RAIL and is IN TRANSIT.

After over 2 months since being built, I finally got status that my 2020 Aviator as been "Released" and is "Awaiting shipment"

That is bizarre, but it shows that they can fix the issues after the fact. But from a cost perspective I can’t believe shipping cars 4 hrs away to be fixed as opposed to fixing the issue “in-line” makes any fiscal sense. The Free Press writer is a woman, BTW.

Please keep us posted on any issues that crop up....we really want to understand what they are really fixing and what continues to be an issue...
