update: Testing for power/continuity to my fuel pump, I have power all the way to the Driver module on Key On, currently trying to find a pinout diagram for the connectors on the fuel pump to make sure im actually getting power down to that from the driver module.

I believe I have diagnosed this as 2 shorted license plate light sockets.
