I am looking into replacing my stock head unit with maybe one of the cheaper double din radios. Any suggestion and or pics? What to stay away from ?

Well I took my running boards off a little while ago.So I can start doing some rust repair and prevention, but I think I like the way it looks without them.

I have a 98 5.0 awd mounty, The buttons on the factory radio will not work unless the headlights are on... And when the head or just the parking lights are on the radio and info center are very dim. Also the auto lights do not work- just the headlight switch. Has anyone heard of this ?

Anyone know where to get new interior parts? I started to replace my headliner & sunshade on my 98 mountaineer yesterday and the plastic piece on the sunshade for the sunroof just disintegrated. I guess any junk yard part would do the same.

the conveter is locked on my 98 5.0 but when I was refilling the trany fluid it did not lockup untill it has the proper amount of fluid......would that mean there is somthing worng with the valve body and not the converter? I changed the TCC solenoid that why I was refilling it

OK, I have a 98 5.0 with 141,000 miles and it is leaking coolant,from the front of the engine running down to the block/pan on the drivers side.I have read the posts about the timing cover gaskets leaking, do all the V8s end up leaking? I was thinking (hoping!)it mite be the water pump...
