Bought these same ones in 2021, they've been perfect.

Kinda looks the plastic cover that goes over the radiator that covers the coolant overflow hose. Mine is also in the back seat from when I removed it when I replaced a leaking radiator and the original clips that held it on broke.

Mine was that model. Came with new o-rings. It had caps on the transmission fluid line ports, with the o-rings inside them. So be careful taking the caps off and to not lose them.

The only o-rings are for the transmission fluid lines, and it came with new ones.

Just replaced mine a couple of months ago for the same reason. I chose the TYC brand from rockauto. It seemed decent quality enough.

For me it was the striker bushings, I went ahead and replaced all 4 with these: FORD ,LINCOLN ,MERCURY DOOR STRIKER BUSHING SET OF 2 IN BLACK | eBay

These explorers don't have electric radiator fans.

Thanks again guys. Came right off today, after soaking overnight with some PB Blaster, and a few smacks to the area sparky mentioned. I put some anti-sieze on the new one so it will be easier next time. Now I just hope the other side is easier. :)
