    Reprogramming For Tire Size and Gear Ratios

    I've got that little fuel computer thing, which is annoying, but it would be more annoying if it were off. Does this reprogramming fix that as well?

    would this be louder?

    It'll probably be a bit louder if you go 2.5 all the way back. An exhaust flows only as good as its narrowest point.
