    Do I need a new fuel pump?

    Sorry to jump in here but im trying to diagnose a fuel proble with my 98 Ranger. Ive lost my haynes manual. Im just wondering how much voltage is sent to the fuel pump? . On two of my wires at the pump conector im readin around 5 volts? Shouldnt it be more?
