    I know, it sounds completely illogical, but it was 100% the problem for me. The colder the temp, the weirder the behavior. Changed the battery to a Costco Kirkland and no problems since.

    Could be, but the Just Brakes brake job included machining the rotors. However, since I didn't do the job myself, there's definitely the possibility that this didn't get done.
