I have several vacuum lines that are in bad shape. My haynes repair manual doesn't give me any vacuum line layout. Any information and links would be great.

LOL installed new radiator kinda hesititated but fired up. Then 2 days later she fights me to start. Now it wont start the engine turns. But acts like it's not getting fuel. I have purchased a new fuel filter. Is it located by the gas tank under the plate protecting the gas tank?

The coolant did need to be topped off with the old bad radiator. As for the new one I installed on Sunday I'll have to watch the coolant level and let you know.

I get white smoke as described in the title. My worst fear is with the bad radiator before I replaced it the heads were cracked. The curious part is it puts out the smoke for 1-3 minutes then it goes away. At the same time I smell antifreeze. Other then that it runs like a champ with the new...

LOL I see your point I wasn't very clear. Yeah basically MrShorty had the idea. But after reading the posts It looks like it may be better to leave the existing 4X4 hubs in place or swap it for a manual option.I was mainly wanting to upgrade to newer 02+ wheels W/O my hub showing through the center.

Maybe I'm mistaken how would I drag my front end? I am looking at converting my 91 to the same 4X4 system used on 95+. Is it worth converting to the 95+ system or just getting msnual hubs?

How much work and cost can I expect with converting my 91 to the hubless 4x4 on 95+ explorers? Any websites and links would be much appriciated.

Update Turns out my IAC was the biggest problem. I also changed spark plug/wires. I just simply cleaned the IAC and it fires up cold and drives W/O dying. I'm still getting a slight rough idle at first start could be a vacuum leak.

Your explorer is a different year but my understanding is the wheel assembly was the same until 01 I believe. So it should work Haven't recieved word on the sale yet but if not I'll still look for 17".

2002 16" explorer wheels Located a good deal on craigslist. Will 16" wheels from a 2002 explorer fit my 1991 XLT w/o spacers? If not what spacers will I need.

When my EXP is cold she hesitates even deing sometimes. When it warms up it runs fun except a lack of power. Going to perform a tune-up hope that fixes the problem. Any ideas or known fixes for the hesitation?

Will the interior seats from a 02-07 direct fit into my 91 EXP? I have non power seats. Saw a nice set of EB leather that would look nice in my EXP.

Is it true Ford changed the auto 4X4 hubs in 01? If thats true can you install the newer wheels onto my existing hub?
