im getting an occasional clunk clunk of the passenger side..maybe thought it was the hub..sometimes it clunks then goes away if hit a bump..maybe i should check it out

that sounds right drivers side door latch on outside seemed pretty loose compared to passengers,,so i think u hit the nail on the head...can i take inner panel off or do i need those stupid wrench to get into the lock? how do i fix this

have a 01 ford explorer sport 103,000 miles 4x4...when u hit the unlock button driver,s side wont pop up.....u can see that it tries and wants too..so i know the actuators are working...only way to unlock it is by opening door manually from inside..I even tried to pull the lock up with...

where is the tube located that might be clogged? is there a eye to see if u have freon? mine puts out cold air but cycles fast on /off...even on bi-level vent

ok went to oil change place that had a dianostic machine..plud under steering wheel..they said it wasnt throwing any codes at all...check engine light not on...is there a eye i can look at to see if refrig is low in compressor? where is it? looked up the relay and fuse switches...took out a/c...

well ill be damn..i didnt know that..i thought if ur on regular vents..nothing comes on but fan...esp when wanting warm air...dont have car/manual with me now but will def read on it...wow thats interesting...and kinda uses more gas...hhhmmmm...well ill read manual today and see whats...

ok will have it checked....as far as checking manual and drying.thro a/c compressor..i dont think..having it on regular bi level vent..just to get some warm air compressor would kick on...i know it does when a/c use or even defrost..but not regular bi leve vent...face and foot....which makes me...

have a 2001 ford explorer sport...94k on it...when at idle and turned on to a/c..defrost...or the reg bi-level vent position...the compressor kicks on almost stalling engine..and cycling on and off very fast....anyone ever come across this? whats the fix? is it sensor or actual...

going down the road..esp under a load like having a/c on..i will hear a fluttering sound in engine..like bad gas or spark knock sound....the exp is drivin like a granny owns it...hardly over 55mph...no stepping on it to pass someone for 90k miles ....does that have something to do with it? bad...

ok will do it...no not on defrost the upper vent and lower leg vent.. just turn it to there so i get heat from both places and compressor kicks on and off..cycling really fast..no defrost no a/c just reg hot air on bi leve vent...but will check that out..any other advise or optinions?:confused:
