    Are 98+ Rangers & 99+ Ex Bumper mounts the same?

    As far as brackets for the Rangers go, it's: 1)98 2)99-00 3)01-04 I've heard of people interchanging them w/ mods... I don't know squat about the Ex brackets.

    Isn't this a "warrenty campaign"? Meaning, Ford is voluntarily doing this? Doesn't "recall" mean the NTHSA (or whomever) mandates it be done? For instance: In '95 my '84 Nissan 300ZX GLL+ had it's fuel injectors/rails/pessure reg replaced under a "warrenty campaign" even though it had well...
