Are 98+ Rangers & 99+ Ex Bumper mounts the same?

I 'm just wonering because James Duff has a pretty cool Pre-runner Bumper bar.

Kinda Pricey though... 180 bucks

Since the body lift bumper brackets for the 98+ ranger work on a 95+ Explorer I'd think so. However the bumper itself is somewhat different, so I'm not sure it'd work.

RCD also has one that looks very similar. . might be cheaper.

As far as brackets for the Rangers go, it's:

1)98
2)99-00
3)01-04

I've heard of people interchanging them w/ mods...

I don't know squat about the Ex brackets.
